Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Gal Gone Green website (galgonegreen.com) or engaging our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

GGG Cleaning LLC (d/b/a Gal Gone Green) provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. Specific service details, pricing, and terms are agreed upon between the client and Gal Gone Green prior to service delivery.

Scheduling and Cancellation

  • We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with our cleaning services, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the quality of cleaning work performed, not to the scope of services agreed upon.

Access and Entry

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. If you provide keys, entry codes, or other access methods, you do so at your own discretion. We take reasonable care to secure your property during and after service.

Liability

GGG Cleaning LLC (d/b/a Gal Gone Green) is fully insured. In the event of accidental damage during cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and work to resolve it fairly. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the value of the cleaning service provided.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon before service begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
